Elephants are intelligent, empathetic, and social animals that exhibit behaviors associated with grief, learning, play, compassion, cooperation, self-awareness, memory, and communication.
Like human beings, they mourn their dead, shield the weak, and protect their young.
Also, elephant babies are evidently not far behind human children when it comes to tantrums. Like this baby elephant who just does not want bath time to end.
The baby elephant’s mother waits patiently but then she tries to coax and gently nudge him out of the water. Inch-by-inch, the mother elephant tries to lead her baby out of the water but the little rebel had a different idea!
What the baby does next will have you in splits.
To all the mothers out there, we salute you. It takes a lot of patience to handle a little one’s rebellious stances.
