Brad Paisley’s Free Grocery Store Will Be Delivering Food To Elderly People Amid The Coronavirus

Brad Paisley has always tried his hardest to look out for those who are less fortunate. His Nashville grocery store, known simply as The Store, does not charge patrons for groceries. This grocery store is designed to assist those who find themselves in a momentary financial pinch or a major emergency. Families who have fallen on hard times in the area have always relied upon The Store.

Now that the coronavirus pandemic is forcing so many of us indoors, there are many vulnerable citizens who are unable to obtain the items that they need most. Brad wants to utilize the resources that he has at his disposal to help those who are most in need. The Store is now going to be mobilizing, in hopes of catering to local citizens who do not wish to brave the crowds.

This is especially important for older citizens who are not able to handle larger crowds. All it takes is one false move for elderly shoppers to be left in a hospital bed. Brad Paisley understands their sense of urgency and is looking to keep them safe. Those who have a higher risk factor for COVID-19 will now be able to receive their groceries from The Store’s delivery service.

Brad has compiled a list of elderly patrons to make deliveries to, and he is making sure that all of the proper protocols are being followed. Paisley is also encouraging those who are aware of other elderly patrons that could use these services to step forward and provide the necessary information.

In case you were wondering, The Store is also going to be holding its usual operations as well. The Store is open on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. If you are looking to head down, be sure to stop in on Thursdays and Fridays between the hours of 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Saturday shoppers will need to stop in between the hours of 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM. All you need is a valid ID. From there, you’ll also need to provide proof of residence, proof of income, or a statement of unemployment.
